Meditation-peace-sunsetWay one: Drink more water. Water helps maintain homeostasis. It keeps everything nice and balanced, the way it needs to be. The brain works more efficiently when there’s more water in the body. Water also spikes metabolism, so water is a two-fer, in that it helps both the body and the mind feel better. When the body feels better, it usually follows that you feel better emotionally.

As my grandma used to say, success is in organization. Make a schedule and separate a time for your meditation. Meditation is great when you wake up, before your last meal and before you go how to meditate properly sleep. Stop watching TV in your spare time and make some room for meditation.

It was when I came out of this meditation that things got quite amazing. And this spiritual awakening wasn’t a feeling of attaining something, but rather a feeling that something was gone. That personal sense of “me” with all of its problems and conflicts was not there. I was still there, still aware of the body, still functioning through the senses, but that stress that I recognized as myself was gone.

This happened automatically. And automatically I fell into silence, a place of just blackness. And for about half an hour there was just this blackness. It was nothing profound, no spiritual awakening, just almost like being in deep sleep yet fully conscious.

All four of these things distract us from what really is happening in the present moment. When you learn meditation for sleep, you are doing nothing more than constantly pulling your attention away from these four things and placing it back in the present moment.

When you are ready to start meditating your stress away you can begin. Get in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Start taking deep cleansing breaths. Breathe through your nose and out through your mouth. Take long deep breaths and release them slowly.

Most people experience significant stress in their lives and this can make your acne worse. Make sure that you do what you can to reduce stress in your life. Try to work at a job you like because this can make a big difference at reducing stress in your life. This can be tough to do but find out what you like and see if you can find a way to get paid to do things you like. Also consider learning how to do meditation or yoga as they are also very effective at reducing stress.

A word of caution: do not waste your time visualizing or wishing things that may invade the sphere of other people, since this will take you out of the positive energy creative field, wasting your meditation energy and making it work in reverse, against you. Your desires must be honest and aligned with the highest good of all, pursuant to the law of unity.

While you listen, use a natural (not forced) diaphragmatic breathing to meditate with music. This is the so called “belly breathing”. On inhaling through your nostrils, direct your breath into your abdomen and feel it rise. On exhaling through your nostrils, feel your abdomen fall. If you want to center even further, lightly press your tongue against the roof of your mouth while you inhale deeply (but slowly) through your nostrils and exhale not through your nostrils but through your slightly parted lips.

Easy to learn – meditation is also easy to learn. The theories are all basic and what you just need is to gain enough experience to go into a meditative state easily. All you need is a little practice.
